What is a digital wallet?

A digital wallet lets you add your card info to your mobile devices or online accounts to use in stores, online or in apps without the physical card.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username or password?

Visit portal.groundworkcard.com. At the sign in screen, choose Forgot Username/Password and follow the instructions. If you’re still unable to sign in, please call us at the number on the back of your card.

What do I do if I notice unauthorized charges on my card account?

If you think someone used your card without your permission or your card is lost or stolen, call (866) 614 – 0322. You can also file a lost/stolen report by logging into portal.groundworkcard.com and select lost menu option. We’ll send you a replacement card that will arrive within 10 business days. If you ordered your card more than 10 business days ago, please call us using the number on your statement. We accept operator relay calls.

What credit card payment options do I have?

You can visit portal.groundworkcard.com to easily pay your credit card bill online, enroll in automatic recurring payments or you can call (866) 614 – 0322 to pay by phone. Or send your payment via mail to: Visa, PO BOX 660493, Dallas, TX 75266-0493

What are contactless payments? What is tapping to pay?

Contactless payments securely completes payments between a contactless card and a contactless-enabled checkout terminal. Your Groundwork Card is a chip card that has an antenna, which enables this form of payment. When you tap your Groundwork card at the contactless-enabled checkout terminal, your payment is sent for authorization.

How do I verify that I’ve received my credit card?

Visit portal.groundworkcard.com to register for an online account. You may then confirm that you’ve received your new credit card to activate your card and start transacting.

How do I submit a credit card dispute online?

To dispute a charge, sign into portal.groundworkcard.com and go to your account activity. Then choose the arrow next to the amount to see the transaction details. For more information go to our step by step instructions, available inside our cardholder portal.

Can I see my Groundwork Card credit card statement online?

To see your credit card statement choose Statements. You can see and print up to two years of your credit card statements online.

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

To report a card lost or stolen, call (866) 614 – 0322. Or, after logging in to portal.groundworkcard.com, you can file a lost or stolen report by choosing Lost / Stolen from the sidebar menu and following the instructions.

How do I report fraud on my credit card account? How do I protect myself from fraud?

If you suspect a charge on your account may be fraudulent, please call us immediately at (866) 614 – 0322. You can also lock your card when signed in to portal.groundworkcard.com

How do I manage my paperless preferences?

To manage your paperless preferences, log in to portal.groundworkcard.com and choose eStatement enrollment. From here you can turn paperless statements ‘on’ or ‘off’. We encourage you to enroll in paperless statements. But, if you decide to turn paperless statements off, keep in mind that it might take about 2 months to start getting paper statements again.

How do I lock my card?

To lock or unlock your credit card, log in to portal.groundworkcard.com. Then, choose your account from your accounts page, and choose “”Account services,”” then “”Lock & unlock your card”” and follow the instructions.

How do I know if my Groundwork Card is a contactless-enabled card?

Look for the Contactless Indicator on your card to know if your card has the technology to make contactless payments.

How do I get a contactless Groundwork Card credit card?

All Groundwork Card credit cards allow you to tap and pay at any contactless-enabled checkout terminal.

How do I enroll in paperless statements?

Great to hear! We encourage all cardholders to go paperless. To enroll in paperless statements, log into the portal at portal.groundworkcard.com. Choose Statements and then choose eStatement enrollment. When you go paperless for an account, we’ll stop sending you paper statements in the mail; instead, we’ll send you email notifications when your online statement’s ready. (Keep in mind: It might take about 2 months to stop receiving paper statements after you enroll.)

How do I change my username or password?

You can change your personal details, including your groundworkcard.com username, password, and more by logging into portal.groundworkcard.com, choosing Profile, and then clicking Edit Login.

Does Groundwork Card have a mobile app?

Groundwork Card has a free mobile app available for Apple and Android devices. Find a link to download the app at www.groundworkcard.com
